In TD Premium - You will find that lesson in the 1st Module.
In SMMA & TD Lite-
Follow the steps:-
1. Click on the "Getting Clients & SMMA Training".
2. Then you will the module number 2nd "How to Start with SMMA(Critical To Your Success)".
