How to Connect GoTo Webinar with FlexiFunnels

Integrating your GoTo Webinar account with FlexiFunnels lets you manage webinar registrations and automate your webinar workflows directly from your funnels.


 


Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have an active GoTo Webinar account.
  • Keep your GoTo Webinar login credentials ready.
  • Use an account with permission to authorize integrations.



Click on the Settings Tab Visible on the FlexiFunnels dashboard. Then click on Webinar Integrations.

After completing the above steps, this screen will appear.


Then click on the "+Add Webinar" Button to see a list.

 

 

Find <strong>GoTo Webinar</strong> and click <strong>Connect</strong>.

 

After clicking <strong>Connect</strong>, the integration setup window opens.

 
 

Enter a friendly name for this integration so you can identify it later for the account to be integrated with FlexiFunnels and click the "connect" button

 

After clicking Connect, "connect" button, you will be redirected to the GOTO webinar login screen,

 

 

Sign in using your GoTo Webinar email address and password.

 

 
 

 

After signing in, click "Allow" from the displayed options.

 

Once authorization is complete,


Your GoTo Webinar account is now connected with GOTO Webinar and the screen will be redirected to the FlexiFunnels settings page.

 

The connected GoTo Webinar account name Integration account name will be shown once it's connected.




Troubleshooting

  • Verify that you are signing in with the correct GoTo Webinar account.
  • If authorization fails, clear your browser cache or try an Incognito window.
  • Make sure pop-ups are not blocked during the authorization process.
  • If the integration already exists, remove the old connection and reconnect it.

Before Contacting Support

  • Confirm that the integration appears under Webinar Integrations.
  • Check whether you completed the authorization by clicking Allow.
  • Try reconnecting the integration once.
  • Take a screenshot of any error message if the issue continues.
