Overview

Integrating Stripe with FlexiFunnels enables you to securely accept online payments for digital products, courses, memberships, coaching programs, services, and other offers. Once connected, customers can complete purchases through your FlexiFunnels checkout pages while payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Before You Begin

• An active Stripe account.
• An active FlexiFunnels account.
• Administrator access to both accounts.
• Your Stripe API Keys (Publishable and Secret Keys where applicable).
• Your Stripe account should be activated for live payments before using Live API Keys.

Stripe INTEGRATION 

Step 1: 

Log in to FlexiFunnels, open Settings, and select Payment Integrations.

Then click on Payment Integrations  Integrations.

Once you follow the steps this screen will appear.

Then click on the "+Add Payment" Button to see a list.

 

 

Once this screen is displayed, click on connect button.

 

After clicking this connect button.

 

 

Enter The "Key" and Key "Secret" Created in your Stripe Settings 

And click the "save" button.

How To Get the Key & Secret Details from Stripe.

Copy the keys and from here and paste them in the FlexiFunnels Integration Settings.

Verify the Integration

1. Save the Stripe integration inside FlexiFunnels.
2. Create or open a checkout page.
3. Complete a test payment using Stripe Test Mode.
4. Confirm the payment appears in your Stripe Dashboard.
5. Verify the order is created successfully inside FlexiFunnels.

Common Scenarios

Stripe isn't connecting

• Verify the API Keys are correct.
• Ensure there are no extra spaces when copying the credentials.
• Confirm you're using the correct Test or Live credentials.

Live payments are failing

• Ensure your Stripe account has been activated.
• Confirm Live API Keys have been added.
• Verify the checkout page has been republished after updating the integration.

Best Practices

• Use Test Mode before going live.
• Keep your Secret Key confidential.
• Rotate API Keys if they are ever exposed.
• Run a test payment after updating API credentials.

Before Contacting Support

Please verify the following before contacting the FlexiFunnels Support Team:

• Stripe is connected successfully.
• The correct API Keys have been entered.
• The appropriate Test or Live mode is being used.
• A test payment has been completed.
• The checkout page has been published.

Expected Outcome

After completing the integration successfully, Stripe will appear as Connected in your Payment Integrations. Customers will be able to complete payments through your FlexiFunnels checkout pages, and successful transactions will be reflected in both Stripe and FlexiFunnels.
