Integrate Razorpay with FlexiFunnels

Connect your Razorpay account to FlexiFunnels to securely accept online payments for products, courses, memberships, events, and other digital offers. This guide walks you through connecting Razorpay, adding API keys, completing RBI website verification requirements, and resolving the most common setup issues.

Before You Begin

• An active FlexiFunnels account.
• An active Razorpay account.
• Access to your Razorpay dashboard.
• Your website or domain should be ready for verification.

NOTE: Razorpay has updated its policy according to the new RBI guidelines.

In order to collect payments using Razorpay, one needs to add thier website information in razorpay dashboard to accept payments on thier websites. Detailed step by step process below.

RAZORPAY INTEGRATION 

Click on the Settings icon. Visible on the FlexiFunnels dashboard. 

Then click on Payment Integrations.

Once you follow the steps, this screen will appear. 

Then click on the "Add Payment" Button to see a list.

Once this screen is displayed, click on the "connect" button.

After clicking this connect button.

Enter the Key ID and Key Secret Created in your Razorpay Settings And click "save".

ADD YOUR DOMAIN IN RAZORPAY DASHBOARD IN ORDER TO COLLECT PAYMENTS

NOTE  - Without doing these necessary settings in razorpay dashboard one will be not able to collect payments

Follow these steps: 

a. Log in to the Razorpay Dashboard.
b. Navigate to My Account → Profile.

c. In the Business Website/App details field, click Add Website/App URL for Full Access.

d. Enter your website URL and click "Add Details"

e. Our team (Razorpay)  will review your website/app URL details. You can check the status here:

f. After our team's (Razorpay) review, your website details are updated, and you should be able to generate API keys in the live mode and collect payments on the added domains.

In order to add more domains, go to> Additional Business Website/App and click on the "+" sign.

Domains added here will be eligible to collect payments.

How To get the Key id & Secret details from Razorpay.

Login to your Razorpay account and click on the setting -> API Keys -> Regenerate Key button, as shown in the image below. 

Copy the Key ID and the Key Secret from here and paste them into the FlexiFunnels Integration.

For Test purchase use the Test key ID and Key secret.

For the real-time purchase use the Live key ID and Key secret, as shown in the image below.

IF you face a "currency not supported" issue in your Flexifunnels checkout, Please make sure you have enabled "International Payment" in your Razorpay configuration as shown in the image below.

Troubleshooting

• Verify you are using the correct Test or Live API Keys.
• Ensure your website has been approved inside Razorpay.
• Republish your FlexiFunnels checkout after updating payment settings.
• Confirm International Payments are enabled if you accept foreign currencies.
• Double-check that Key ID and Key Secret were copied correctly.

• Confirm your Razorpay account is fully activated.
• Verify your website/domain is approved.
• Test using both Test Mode and Live Mode where appropriate.
• Capture screenshots of any payment error.
• Share the exact error message received.
