Overview
Integrating Sendlane with FlexiFunnels allows you to automatically collect leads, add contacts to your Sendlane lists, apply tags, and trigger email marketing automations whenever someone submits a form or purchases a product.
The integration uses your Sendlane API Token, allowing FlexiFunnels to securely communicate with your Sendlane account.
Once connected, you can use your Sendlane account with FlexiFunnels Forms and Product Rules.
Before You Begin
Before connecting Sendlane, make sure you have:
- An active Sendlane account.
- Administrator access to your Sendlane account.
- Access to your Sendlane API Token.
- Access to your FlexiFunnels Dashboard.
- At least one list created in Sendlane (recommended).
Step 1: Open Autoresponder Integrations
- Log in to your FlexiFunnels account.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to Autoresponder Integrations.
- Click + Add Autoresponder.
A list of supported autoresponders will appear.

Step 2: Select Sendlane
Locate Sendlane and click Connect.

Step 3: Enter Your Account Details
Provide the following information:
Account Name
Enter a name to identify this integration inside FlexiFunnels.
Examples:
- Main Sendlane
- Marketing Account
- Newsletter Account
Note: This name is only for your reference.

API Token
Paste your Sendlane API Token.
How to Find Your Sendlane API Token
Step 1
Log in to your Sendlane account.
Step 2
Navigate to:
Account → API

Step 3
Open the API Tokens section.

Step 4
Click Create API Token.
Step 5
Enter a name for the token.
Example:
- FlexiFunnels
- Website Integration
Click Create.
Step 6
Copy the generated API Token.
Paste it into the Sendlane integration window inside FlexiFunnels.
Click Save.
Your integration is now complete.

Common Scenarios
My Sendlane account isn't connecting.
Check the following:
- The API Token is correct.
- There are no extra spaces before or after the copied token.
- The API Token hasn't been deleted or regenerated.
My contacts aren't appearing in Sendlane.
Verify that:
- The landing page has been published.
- The form is connected to Sendlane.
- The correct list has been selected.
- You're submitting the live page instead of testing inside the editor.
Tags aren't being added.
Check that:
- Tags contain at least 3 characters.
- The tags were saved after configuration.
- The correct Sendlane account is connected.
Customers aren't being added after purchasing.
Verify that:
- Product Rules have been configured.
- The correct Sendlane account is selected.
- The correct list has been selected.
- The product has been saved after updating the rules.
I receive an authentication error.
This usually means:
- The API Token is invalid.
- The API Token has expired or been regenerated.
- The wrong token was copied.
Generate a new API Token inside Sendlane and reconnect the integration.
Best Practices
- Create a dedicated API Token for FlexiFunnels.
- Keep separate lists for leads and customers.
- Use descriptive tags to trigger Sendlane automations.
- Test the integration using a live form submission before launching your funnel.
- Perform a test purchase to verify Product Rule automation.
