Steps to Add a Webhook in Product Setup:

Step 1: Navigate to the Product Area

Log in to your platform and go to the "Product Area" to start setting up your webhooks.

Step 2: Set Up Your Product

In the product setup area, create or select the product for which you want to pass data. If you're unsure how to set up your product, please refer to the article on Product setup- https://help.flexifunnels.com/support/solutions/articles/36000308265-creating-product-in-flexifunnels-to-sell-

Step 3: Access Product Set Rules

  1. Within the product setup, locate and select the "Product Set Rules" option.

  2. You’ll see options like:

    • Product Purchased
    • Cart Abandoned
    • Bump Product Purchased
  3. Choose the category that applies to your scenario.

Step 4: Select Webhook and Enter Webhook URL

Step 5: Data Transfer to Google Sheets

Once the webhook is set up, your Google Sheets will start receiving data in the formats outlined below:

Data Structure in Google Sheets

1. Product Set Rules Sheet (For Product Purchases)

The data will be passed into the sheet with the following fields:

  • BUMP NAME
  • BUMP PRICE
  • PRICE
  • TOTAL PRICE WITH BUMP
  • DATE & TIME
  • ORDER ID
  • PRODUCT NAME
  • TRANSACTION ID
  • CURRENCY
  • UTM

2. Bump Set Rules Sheet (For Bump Product Purchases)

Data transferred will include:

  • DATE & TIME
  • ORDER ID
  • PRODUCT NAME
  • BUMP NAME
  • BUMP PRICE
  • CURRENCY
  • TRANSACTION ID
  • UTM

3. Cart Set Rules Sheet (For Cart Abandonment)

For cart-related data, the sheet will capture:

  • DATE & TIME
  • PRODUCT NAME
  • BUMP NAME

By following these steps, you can efficiently pass data from your product setup into Google Sheets using webhooks. This method ensures that your transaction data is well-organized, easily accessible, and up-to-date, allowing you to monitor product purchases, cart activity, and bump offers seamlessly.
