Connect Claude or ChatGPT to FlexiMembership. Use it to choose the tabs members see. Show ads and pop-ups.
Before You Start
- Connect FlexiMembership to Claude (a Connector) or ChatGPT (a Plugin). Make sure it is authorized.
- Know the project to work in.
- For images, have an https link, or use the gallery.
- Start each request with “In FlexiMembership”.
Steps
1Menus, landing page and banners
- Ask for the menus first. You see the tabs, their order and the page members land on.
- Show, hide or reorder the standard tabs. Hiding only removes a tab.
- Add a custom tab with an embed, like a booking calendar. You can add 10.
- Choose the default page. It must be a tab members can see.
Example prompt“In FlexiMembership, hide the Map menu from the member area in Fitness Academy.”
Example prompt“In FlexiMembership, add a custom menu called Book a Call that shows this embed: [embed code].”
- A banner ad is an image that links to a page. It can be inline or a pop-up.
- A pop-up can show on load, after a delay, or when someone is about to leave.
- The delay is 0–300 seconds.
- A banner has no on/off switch. You cannot turn a banner into a pop-up.
Example prompt“In FlexiMembership, add a banner ad called Spring Offer with this image and link: [image link] [page link].”
Be careful: live at onceA banner ad goes live for members at once. Custom tabs are never removed through the AI. You can switch them off.

Tips for Better Results
- Ask to see the current settings before you change them.
- Change one thing at a time.
- Name the project, and the product or course when it matters.
- Use an image’s address from the gallery. Do not guess.
- Read every preview. Some changes are live at once.
- After a change, ask the AI to show the setting again.

Limitations
- Custom menus, follow-up emails and cart recovery steps are never removed through the AI.
- A banner ad has no on/off switch.
