- Click Save after entering the credentials.
- If the issue continues, generate a new API Key and Write Key in Encharge and reconnect the integration.
2. Leads Are Not Appearing in Encharge
If new form submissions are not reaching your Encharge account:
- Confirm that your form is connected to the correct Encharge account.
- Verify that the page has been published after configuring the integration.
- Submit a test entry using the live page instead of the page preview.
- Check whether the email address already exists in Encharge, as duplicate handling may affect results.
3. Custom Fields Are Not Visible in Encharge
FlexiFunnels automatically creates custom fields in Encharge when they receive data for the first time.
- Submit a test form containing values for all newly created custom fields.
- No manual field mapping is required.
- If a field still does not appear, verify that the field exists in your FlexiFunnels form and contains a value during submission.
4. Tags Are Not Being Applied
