How to Get an Alternate URL?

Simplified Steps to Obtain an Alternate URL for Your Web Page

Note 1: You have to do this only if you want a backup URL on 6th November from 1 AM to 6 AM. You can get this URL right away and keep it for your backup purposes.

Note 2: If you change the slug of your page, you must follow the mandatory step to republish your page. Only then your Alternate URL will work.

Step 1: Access the Editor page for the specific web page where you wish to generate the alternate URL. If you want to do this for multiple pages, you will be doing the same process for all the pages.

Step 2: Then publish your page again in order to generate the alternate URL.

Step 3: Once it is published, click on the 'Action' button dropdown to proceed further.

Step 4: You will see the 'Alternate URL' option. Click on it, and you will get your alternate URL.

Note: The generated URL will work on the "flexifunnels.io" domain, not your custom domain. While your main link should be fine, having this alternative URL adds extra security, especially when running ads during maintenance. Anyone who doesn't want to run ads during the planned maintenance window doesn't have to do this process at all.

We recommend using this temporary "flexifunnels.io" URL to keep your traffic flowing smoothly while you handle any maintenance issues.

Please note that the regular Funnel flow will not work on this alternate URL and the funnel flow will
work only on your existing pages.
