How to Customize Bundle Email Settings in Membership project inside FlexiFunnels?

Modified on Wed, 1 Jul at 1:11 AM

What This Feature Does

When a customer purchases a course or upgrades to a higher bundle, FlexiFunnels automatically sends them an email with login details and access info. This feature lets you customize that email's subject and content instead of using the generic default.

Before You Start

  • There are two separate emailsyou can customize:
    • Bundle Access — sent when a customer purchases and gets initial access
    • Bundle Upgrade — sent when a customer upgrades to a different bundle
  • You can use shortcodes to auto-insert customer-specific details (name, login link, password, etc.)

Steps to Customize Bulk Emails:

1. Open Your Membership Project:

  • Begin by opening the membership project for which you want to customize the email settings.

2. Access Pricing Settings:

  • Navigate to the membership area and click on the "Pricing Settings" option.

3. Go to Bundle Email Settings:

  • After selecting the pricing settings, click on the "Bundle Email Settings"

4. Customize Email Content:

  • A popup will open displaying two options: "Bundle Access" and "Bundle Upgrade".
  • Select the appropriate tab based on whether you are customizing emails for new access or upgrades.

5. Edit Email Content:

  • Customize the email subject and content as needed. You can use the shortcodes provided to personalize the emails.
