Follow these steps to configure your course settings within a Membership project:

  • Open Your Membership Project
Start by logging into your account and opening the specific membership project where your course is added.

  • Navigate to the Course Section
Inside the membership project, go to the Course Area where all your courses are listed.

  • Click on the Course Settings Button
Locate the course for which you want to change the settings. Click on the "Course Settings" option available next to or under that specific course.

  • Access the Course Settings Popup
Once you click the Course Settings option, a popup window will appear. This is where you can configure various options for your course.

  • Available Course Settings Options
Inside the popup, you’ll find several customization options:

    • Course Name: Edit or update the name of your course.

    • Course Short Description: Add a brief description that will be shown to the users inside the membership area.

    • Course Access Settings:

      • Begin Access at a Specific Date: Choose a date when the course will be made accessible to users.

      • Restrict Access for a Specific Number of Days (from the course purchase date): Limit access based on how many days have passed since the user bought the course.

    • Hide Course:

      • Enable this option if you want to hide the course from users who haven’t purchased it. Once enabled, the course will not be visible on their membership dashboard unless they’ve bought it.

    • Upload Image Option:

      • Upload a thumbnail or course cover image that will be displayed on the membership dashboard.
