A FlexiFunnels sub user's account can be managed by providing them with access to view, create, or even both for particular settings in the sub user settings.
Sub-users in FlexiFunnels can have multiple permissions according to product, project, and integrations.
STEPS TO CREATE A SUB USER
1. Log in to your FlexiFunnels account using this link - https://app.flexifunnels.com/login
Click on your account name. Then click on "Manage Sub Users"
2. Click on "+Add Sub User" to add a sub user to your FlexiFunnels account.
After this, add the email id for which you want to create a sub-user account.
P.S - Only valid email ids will receive the sub users access on their email, please check the email address while creating the sub user access
Click on "Edit Access Details" to edit the access permissions the added subuser will get.
Once you click on "Edit Access Details," this is the screen that will be displayed.
You can see all the different settings you can give access to on the left.
Let's understand each setting in detail.
Projects
Create Projects : If you select create projects checkbox in the settings, one will be able to add and create new projects.
Permission to Edit: Either you can grant access to edit none of the projects, or you can grant permission to edit all projects at once, or you can select particular projects from the checkbox.
Note - Projects that you select from the checkbox of a particular project, can be edited by the subuser.
Products
Create Products : If you select the create products checkbox in the settings, one will be able to add and create new products.
Permission to Edit: Either you can grant access to edit none of the products, or you can grant permission to edit all products at once, or you can select particular products from the checkbox.
Note - Products that you select from the checkbox of a particular product option, can be edited by the subuser.
Funnels
Create Funnels : If you select the create funnels checkbox in the settings, one will be able to add and create new Funnels.
Permission to Edit: Either you can grant access to edit none of the funnels, or you can grant permission to edit all funnels at once, or you can select particular funnels from the checkbox.
Note - Funnels that you select from the checkbox of a particular product option, can be edited by the subuser.
Reporting Dashboard
View: If you select the View checkbox, a sub user will be able to view the reporting dashboard.
Note: A sub user can only see the reporting dashboards of the products to which access has been provided in the product settings.
Settings
View Settings:
If you select View settings, a sub user will be able to view all the settings configured in the Settings tab.

Permission to edit: you can give permission to edit according to your preferences in each setting.
Autoresponder -
Either you can grant access to edit none of the autoresponders, or you can grant permission to edit all autoresponders at once, or you can select a particular autoresponder from the checkbox.
Webinar -
Either you can grant access to edit none of the webinars, or you can grant permission to edit all webinars at once, or you can select a particular webinar from the checkbox.
Payments -
Either you can grant access to edit none of the payments, or you can grant permission to edit all payments at once, or you can select a particular payment from the checkbox.
Other -
Either you can grant access to edit none of the integrations, or you can grant permission to edit all integrations at once, or you can select particular integrations from the checkbox.
Domain-
Either you can grant access to edit none of the domains, or you can grant permission to edit all domains at once, or you can select a particular domain from the checkbox.
Digital Assets-
Either you can grant access to edit none of the digital assets, or you can grant permission to edit all digital assets at once, or you can select a particular digital asset from the checkbox.
Create
If you have selected the create checkbox in the settings, then a sub user will be able to create or add any of the settings like autoresponders, webinars, payments, other, domains, and digital assets.
