Digital Assets in FlexiFunnels are perfect for delivering files like eBooks, PDFs, guides, or any downloadable resources directly via email after a user signs up or makes a purchase. Here’s how you can create one:

Step 1: Navigate to the Digital Asset Section

  1. Click on Settings (Gear Icon) at the top-right corner.

  2. After that there you will get the integration settings option.

  3. Now, click on the “Digital Assets” option.

  4. Click the “Create Asset” button.

Step 2: Fill in Asset Details

You’ll now see a popup where you need to enter your asset information:

  • Asset Name:
Enter a name for your digital asset (e.g., “Free SEO Guide”)

  • Sender Name:
This is the name your users will see as the sender in their inbox (e.g., “Tanishka from FlexiFunnels”)

  • Sender Email:
Must be an official organization email (e.g., info@yourdomain.com)

  • Email Subject:
This is the subject line of the email that will be sent to the user (e.g., “Here’s Your Free Guide!”)

  • Email Content:
Write the content/message that will be delivered along with the asset.
You can personalize the email using shortcodes:

    • {name} – For the recipient’s name

    • {email} – For the recipient’s email

Step 3: Upload Your Digital Asset File

  • Click on “Upload Asset File.”

  • Choose your file (PDF, doc, etc.) from your device.

  •  Max File Size Allowed: 3 MB

Make sure the file is safe, relevant, and under the size limit.

Step 4: Save & Activate

Once everything is filled out:

  1. Double-check all fields.

  2. Click the “Save” or “Create Asset” button.

Your asset is now ready to be used across your funnels, automations, or product deliveries!
