# Privacy Policy — FlexiFunnels Copilot
*Last updated:* May 14, 2026
FlexiFunnels Copilot ("the extension") is a Chrome browser extension thatprovides step-by-step guidance, tooltips, and help resources to users whilethey use the FlexiFunnels web application at `app.flexifunnels.com`.
This privacy policy explains what the extension does and does not do withyour information.
---
## Summary
**The extension does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personaldata.** It runs entirely inside your own browser. There is no account, nologin, no server, and no analytics or tracking.
---
## What the extension accesses
To do its job, the extension reads the page you are on within`app.flexifunnels.com` — specifically the page address (URL) and the visibleon-page elements — so it can show the correct arrow, tooltip, or help guidefor that page.
This reading happens **locally in your browser, in real time**. None of it isrecorded, saved, or sent anywhere.
The extension only activates on pages under `https://app.flexifunnels.com/`.It does nothing on any other website.
---
## What the extension stores
The extension uses your browser's local storage to remember a small numberof preferences **on your device only**:
- Whether you have turned the Copilot on or off- Your most recent search term (so it can show a "recent search" shortcut)- A short-lived note of which guide to resume after a page navigation
This information never leaves your browser. It is not associated with anyidentity. Uninstalling the extension removes it.
---
## What the extension does NOT do
- It does **not** collect names, emails, passwords, payment details, or any  FlexiFunnels account data.- It does **not** transmit any information to the developer or to any third  party.- It does **not** use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking of any  kind.- It does **not** modify, delete, or submit anything in your FlexiFunnels account. It only displays guidance on top of the page.
---
## Permissions and why they are needed
- **storage** — to remember your on/off preference and recent search locally.- **activeTab / tabs** — to detect when you are on a FlexiFunnels page, to open a help video in your FlexiFunnels tab when you choose one from search, and to bring your FlexiFunnels tab to the front when you click "Looking for support?". These permissions are used only in connection with `app.flexifunnels.com` tabs.
---
## Third-party content
When you choose to watch a tutorial video, it is played from Vimeo. When youchoose to open a help article, it opens FlexiFunnels' help center. Visitingthose pages is subject to the privacy policies of Vimeo and FlexiFunnelsrespectively. The extension itself does not share any information with them —it simply opens the link you clicked.
---
## Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Materialchanges will be reflected in the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.
