Account Hold Policy
At FlexiFunnels, we understand that you may sometimes need to pause your account. To make this process simple and transparent, please go through the following policy:
Account Hold Limit
You can place your account on hold for a maximum period of 3 months only.
We will not be able to extend the hold period beyond this limit.
How to Place Your Account on Hold
To request an account hold, please send us an email at help@flexifunnels.com from your registered email ID.
Refund Policy During Hold
Refund eligibility will always be calculated from your original purchase date only.
Example: If you purchased FlexiFunnels and then requested an account hold within your 30-day refund period, the refund will still be counted from the purchase date, not from the date the account was placed on hold.
Reactivating Your Account
When you are ready to restart, simply drop us an email at help@flexifunnels.com, and our team will reactivate your account.
