Account Hold Policy

At FlexiFunnels, we understand that you may sometimes need to pause your account. To make this process simple and transparent, please go through the following policy:

  1. Account Hold Limit

    • You can place your account on hold for a maximum period of 3 months only.

    • We will not be able to extend the hold period beyond this limit.

  2. How to Place Your Account on Hold

    • To request an account hold, please send us an email at help@flexifunnels.com from your registered email ID.

  3. Refund Policy During Hold

    • Refund eligibility will always be calculated from your original purchase date only.

    • Example: If you purchased FlexiFunnels and then requested an account hold within your 30-day refund period, the refund will still be counted from the purchase date, not from the date the account was placed on hold.

  4. Reactivating Your Account

    • When you are ready to restart, simply drop us an email at help@flexifunnels.com, and our team will reactivate your account.
