A "Bump Offer" is an extra product you can offer to your customers during checkout, like a small add-on to their main purchase. Setting up a separate thank you page for these bump offers helps create a more personalized experience by directing customers to specific content or instructions related to their purchase. This guide provides a step-by-step process for setting up the bump thank you page redirection in FlexiFunnels.
 


Steps for setting up the bump thank you page redirection:


1. Access the Product Area:

  • Log in to your FlexiFunnels account.
  • Navigate to the product section where you want to configure the bump thank you page.



2. Complete the Product Setup:

  • Ensure that the product is fully set up, including the details like payment options, pricing, and sales pages, checkout page option.
  • Configure the post-purchase actions such as thank you pages and digital product delivery.
  • For more detailed instructions on setting up a product, refer to the FlexiFunnels Product Setup Guide.


3. Navigate to the 'After Purchase' Section:

  • After setting up the product, locate and select the "After Purchase" section in the product settings.
  • This section controls what happens after a customer completes their purchase.




4. The option for the bump thank you page is in the "After Purchase" section.



5. Set Up the Bump Thank You Page:

  • Scroll down to find the option labelled "Bump Thank You Page".
  • Tick the checkbox to enable this feature.
  • Select the project associated with the bump product.
  • Choose the thank you page specifically designed for the bump product. This lets you provide a customized experience to customers who have purchased the bump offer.


Note: This functionality is currently available for digital products only. We will update you once it is rolled out for membership products.

Use Case

Imagine you are selling an eBook as your primary product. During checkout, you offer an exclusive one-on-one consultation as a bump offer. If the customer opts for the consultation, they can be redirected to a personalized thank you page specifically designed for this offer. On this page, they would find instructions and a booking form to schedule their consultation.

For customers who only purchase the eBook, they will be directed to a standard thank you page acknowledging their purchase. Meanwhile, those who purchase both the eBook and the consultation will be taken to a thank you page with additional details about booking their one-on-one session, including available time slots.
