Connect Claude or ChatGPT to FlexiMembership. Use it to show or hide customer reviews.
Before You Start
- Connect FlexiMembership to Claude (a Connector) or ChatGPT (a Plugin). Make sure it is authorized.
- Know the project to work in.
- Start each request with “In FlexiMembership”.
Steps
1Course reviews
- Customers review a course through a review form.
- Ask for the reviews. You see the star ratings and the average of shown reviews.
- Hide or show one review. It is kept, not deleted.
- You can edit the form’s headline and sub-headline.

Example prompt“In FlexiMembership, hide that review from the course and the average rating.”
Be careful: publishing reviewsOne setting shows reviews to your members on a Reviews tab. Turning it on publishes your customers’ reviews. Deleting a review is done in the dashboard.

Tips for Better Results
- Ask to see the current settings before you change them.
- Change one thing at a time.
- Name the project, and the product or course when it matters.
- Read every preview. Some changes are live at once.
- After a change, ask the AI to show the setting again.

Limitations
- Deleting a review, or an image folder, is not available through the AI.
- No undo is described. Read each preview before you confirm.
