The Product Reports feature in FlexiFunnels offers in-depth insights into the performance of your products and sales strategies directly within the FlexiFunnels platform. This powerful functionality allows you to measure and analyze key metrics such as sales page views, unique visitors, conversion rates, and revenue generation, providing a comprehensive view of their online campaigns. By visualizing the success of different aspects of their sales funnels—from initial visitor engagement to final purchase actions—you can optimize their pages for better performance and higher conversion rates.


Follow these simple steps to access the FlexiFunnels Product Reporting Dashboard:

Accessing the Reporting Dashboard:


Click on your account name in the upper right corner of the FlexiFunnels dashboard.

From the dropdown menu, select the "Reporting Dashboard." Then click on the "Product Reports."



Key Parameters


1. Sales Page Views:

  • This metric indicates the total number of times the sales page was viewed by potential customers.
  • Formula: Sum of all page views for the sales page. 


2. Unique SP Views:

  • This represents the number of unique visitors who viewed the sales page. Unlike total views, this counts each visitor only once, regardless of how many times they viewed the page.
  • Formula: Count of distinct visitors who viewed the sales page. 


3. Checkout Views:

  • This shows the number of times the checkout page was accessed. It provides insight into how many customers proceeded to the checkout stage after viewing the sales page.
  • Formula: Sum of all page views for the checkout page.


4. Unique CV:

  • Unique Checkout Views refer to the number of distinct customers who viewed the checkout page.
  • Formula: Count of distinct visitors who viewed the checkout page. 


5. Sales:

  • This parameter denotes the total number of sales made.
  • Formula: Total number of completed transactions. 


6. Unique Orders:

  • This indicates the number of unique orders placed by customers, providing a clear picture of individual purchase actions.
  • Formula: Count of distinct orders placed by customers. 


7. Revenue:

  • The total revenue generated from sales, is displayed in the selected currency (INR).
  • Formula: Sum of the total sales amount (Σ Total Sales Amount). 


8. Average Order Value:

  • This metric calculates the average value of each order placed. It helps in understanding the spending behavior of customers.
  • Formula: Total Revenue / Total Number of Orders 


9. Earnings Per Visitor:

  • This parameter shows the average earnings generated per visitor to the sales page.
  • Formula: Total Revenue / Total Number of Unique Visitors 


10. Sales CR:

  • Sales Conversion Rate indicates the percentage of visitors who completed a purchase out of the total number of unique visitors.
  • Formula: (Total Number of Sales / Total Unique Sales Page Views) * 100 


11. Checkout CR:

  • The Checkout Conversion Rate reflects the percentage of unique visitors who viewed the checkout page and completed the purchase.
  • Formula: (Total Number of Sales / Unique Checkout Views) * 100 


Filtering Options


The product reports section provides several filtering options to customize the data view:



1. Product Filter:

  • Users can select a specific product from the dropdown menu to view reports related only to that product.


2. Currency Filter:

  • This allows users to select the currency in which they want to view the financial data.


3. Date Range Filter:

  • Users can choose a specific date range (e.g., last 30 days) to view the data for that period.


Search and Filter Options


1. Search by Customer Name or Email:

  • Users can search for specific customers using their name or email address.


2. Status Filter:

  • Users can filter the transactions based on their status, such as Completed or Cart Abandonment.


3. Export Data:

  • There is an option to export the customer data in CSV format for further analysis or record-keeping.


Search Your Bump Stats



From the product dropdown menu, select "Bump," and then you will be able to see all the bump product stats.

To ensure precise data tracking and reporting within the Product Reports feature, it is crucial to select the correct page type for each action your visitors perform. This enables the system to accurately categorize and analyze the performance of different pages, leading to more reliable insights and better optimization of your sales funnels.



Page Types and Their Uses:


1. Leads:

  • Purpose: Use this type for pages designed to capture leads or opt-ins.
  • Example: Landing pages with opt-in forms, and registration pages.
  • Tracking: Tracks total leads generated and opt-in rates.


2. Sales:

  • Purpose: Use this type for pages where you will connect your product with the button.
  • Example: Product pages, sales pages.
  • Tracking: Tracks sales count, sales rate, sales value, and conversion rate.


3. Checkout:

  • Purpose: Use this type for pages where customers complete their purchases.
  • Example: Checkout pages, payment pages.
  • Tracking: Tracks checkout views, unique checkout views, and checkout conversion rates.


4. Default:

  • Purpose: Use this type for any pages that do not fall under the Sales, Leads, or Checkout categories.
  • Example: Information pages, testimonial pages.
  • Tracking: Tracks page views and unique page views.


Example of Funnel Metrics


1. Lead Generation Page

  • Lead Page Visitors: 100
  • Leads Captured: 35
  • Conversion Rate: 35% (Leads Captured / Lead Page Visitors * 100)


2. Sales Page

  • Unique Sales Page Views: 30
  • Sales Page Conversion Rate: 30% (Unique Sales Page Views / Lead Page Visitors * 100)


3. Checkout Page

  • Unique Checkout Views: 20
  • Checkout Conversion Rate: 66.7% (Unique Checkout Views / Unique Sales Page Views * 100)


4. Final Purchase

  • Unique Orders: 9
  • Order Conversion Rate: 45% (Unique Orders / Unique Checkout Views * 100)

Overall Funnel Metrics

  • Total Funnel Visitors: 100
  • Total Conversions: 9
  • Overall Conversion Rate: 9% (Total Conversions / Total Funnel Visitors * 100)
