Modified on Thu, 15 May at 11:04 AM

Lead reports are essential for understanding the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and customer acquisition efforts. This guide will define all the key parameters, explain the options available for customizing the report, and provide a step-by-step guide on how to filter and search for specific customer data. The insights are based on the data provided in the screenshots.

Key Parameters in Lead Reports:

1.) Opt-in Views: This metric shows the total number of times the opt-in form has been viewed. It's an indicator of how many potential leads have seen your lead capture form.

2.) Unique Opt-in Views: This refers to the number of distinct users who have viewed the opt-in form. It helps in understanding the reach of your lead capture efforts.

3.) Total Opt-ins: This is the total count of users who have successfully filled out and submitted the opt-in form. It's a direct measure of lead generation success.

4.) Opt-in Rate: This is the percentage of opt-in form views that resulted in actual opt-ins. It’s calculated as (Total Opt-ins / Opt-in Views) * 100. A higher opt-in rate indicates more effective lead capture strategies.

Filtering Options

The product reports section provides several filtering options to customize the data view:

1. Project Selection: You can choose the specific project for which you want to view the lead report. This allows for focused analysis on different campaigns or initiatives.

2. Page Selection: This allows you to select the specific page from which the lead data is to be extracted. It’s useful for analyzing the performance of different landing pages or opt-in forms.

3. Date Range: You can set the date range for the report. This helps in comparing performance over different period.

Search and Filter Options:

There is a search functionality where you can filter customers by name or email. This feature is especially useful for finding specific leads quickly and efficiently.

Note*

To ensure precise data tracking and reporting within the Project Reports feature, it is crucial to select the correct page type for each action your visitors perform. This enables the system to accurately categorize and analyze the performance of different pages, leading to more reliable insights and better optimization of your sales funnels.

Leads:

  • Purpose: Use this type for pages designed to capture leads or opt-ins.
  • Example: Landing pages with opt-in forms, and registration pages.
  • Tracking: Tracks total leads generated and opt-in rates.
