Flexi Membership: The Complete Setup Guide

Modified on Tue, 18 Aug at 12:34 PM

A full, detailed walkthrough with real screenshots from a live account — from a blank dashboard to your first paying, logged-in member, plus branding, gamification, quizzes, marketing, security, groups, and events.

Think of Flexi Membership as building your own private school inside FlexiFunnels. The membership project is the school building itself — one login, one set of branding, everything under one roof. Each course you create inside it is a subject, like Maths or Guitar. Inside a subject, modules are the chapters, and lessons are the individual classes. The product is the admission ticket sold at the front gate — it decides who's allowed in and how much they pay. The bundle is the paperwork that actually links that ticket to a specific classroom — skip it, and a student can pay at the gate but never find their way to the right room. Once your students (members) are inside, groups are the common rooms where they hang out together, and events are the live assemblies or webinars you schedule for them.

This guide follows the exact order you'll work through in practice: opening the app, creating the project, building a course with every field explained, building the actual lesson content, branding the panel end-to-end (URL, logo, colors, footer, tracking scripts, dashboard style), turning on certificates/gamification/quizzes, adding marketing banners, locking down security and menu visibility, wiring up pricing and pages, publishing and testing a real purchase, and finally setting up groups, events, and day-to-day member management.

Before you begin

  • You have a FlexiFunnels plan that includes course/membership access.
  • Your course video(s) are ready — a YouTube or Vimeo link, or a file you can upload (Gumlet/DRM/HTML5 are also supported).
  • You've decided how the course will be sold: Free or Paid.
  • If you're charging money, a payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) is already connected to your account.
  • You have (or plan to add) an instructor photo and short bio — it's shown on both the sales page and inside the course dashboard.

What's in this guide

  1. Open Flexi Membership
  2. Create your membership project
  3. Create your first course — every field explained

  15. Common situations & quick fixes

Part 1 — Open Flexi Membership

  1. From your FlexiFunnels dashboard, click Launch Panel.
  2. Go to the App area — you'll see a grid of every FlexiFunnels app (FlexiProof, Flexi AI Marketing Agent, Flexi Split Test, and so on).
  3. Find the Flexi Membership tile and click Launch.
FlexiFunnels All Apps grid with the Flexi Membership tile and its Launch button highlighted

The App grid inside FlexiFunnels — the Flexi Membership tile's Launch button is circled here for clarity.

You'll land on the Membership Panel, with four tabs across the top:

TabWhat it's for
DashboardA performance overview of your membership(s) — revenue, traffic, members, activation rate, and quick-action shortcuts.
My MembershipWhere you create and manage courses, groups, events, members, bundles and discussion/moderation — this is where you'll spend most of your setup time.
ProductsThe pricing, checkout, and sales/checkout/thank-you page side of what you sell.
StatisticsEngagement numbers — members, posts, comments, likes, course/module/lesson counts, and a leaderboard.

Part 2 — Create your membership project

  1. From My Membership, click New Membership.
  2. Enter a Membership Name — this becomes the project name you'll see everywhere in your dashboard from now on (for example, "FlexiFunnels Academy").
  3. Add a Short Description if you'd like one — this is optional at project level.
  4. Click Create.
My Membership list page showing existing membership projects and the New Membership button

The "My Membership" list — every membership project you've created lives here, each with its own slug, status, and creation date.

Once created, you land on the project's own dashboard, with stat tiles (Members, Courses, Lessons, Groups) and sub-tabs for Courses, Groups, Events, Members, Bundles, and Discussion / Moderation. This guide covers Groups, Events, and the Members/Bundles/Moderation tabs later (Parts 11–13); the rest of this section focuses on the course flow.

A membership project's detail page with stat tiles and the Courses tab open

Inside a membership project — stat tiles across the top, course cards below. This is where you'll spend most of your time.

? Why this matters
Every course, group, event, and member you create from here on lives inside this one project. If you're running two very different businesses (say, a fitness academy and a coding bootcamp), create two separate membership projects rather than cramming both into one — each project gets its own branding, URL slug, and member list.

Part 3 — Create your first course — every field explained

Inside a membership project, click Courses, then New Course (or the Create New Course tile). This opens the biggest form in the whole product — here's exactly what each section does and why it matters.

Create Course modal showing Course Details, Media & Rating, Full Description, Instructor, and Access Type sections

The full Create Course form — left column covers the course itself, right column covers its instructor and how it's sold.

3.1 — Course details & media

FieldWhat it doesWhy it matters
Course Name (0/40)The subject's title — shown on the sales page, the member dashboard, and browser tab.40 characters is tight — write the short, punchy version, not the full marketing headline.
Short Description (0/170)A one-line summary shown under the course name and as the landing-page sub-headline.This is often the only thing a scrolling visitor reads before deciding to click — make it benefit-driven, not just descriptive.
Course ImageThe cover image on the course card and sales page (recommended 1280×720).Leave it blank and FlexiFunnels shows a generic dark placeholder — fine for testing, but hurts trust on a real sales page.
Star Rating (0–5)A manually-set rating shown on the course card. This is not calculated from real reviews — it's a number you type in yourself. Use it honestly, or leave it at 0 until you have real testimonials elsewhere on the page.

3.2 — Course access & visibility

ToggleWhat it does
Hide courseHides it from members who haven't purchased it. It won't appear on the member dashboard at all (enrolled learners and instructors still see it).
Begin access at a specific dateWithholds the course until a date you choose — useful for a cohort that starts on a fixed date regardless of when someone buys.
Restrict access to specific daysAccess lasts for a number of days you set, counted from the member's own purchase date.

⚠️ Make-or-break: "Restrict access to specific days" counts per-member, not by calendar date
This is not "access ends on 1 January" for everyone. It's "access ends N days after this member bought it." Two people who buy a week apart will lose access a week apart. If you set this to a very small number (people have set it to "1" thinking it meant something else) members can lose access within a day of buying — always test with a real purchase before publishing if you turn this on.

3.3 — Full description & instructor

The Full Description box is a rich-text editor (bold, lists, links, images) shown as the "About this course" section on the public sales page — this is your real sales copy, not just a summary.

Under Instructor, pick an existing instructor or click + Create Instructor to add a new one right from this form.

Instructor management modal listing instructors with a toggle and an Add Instructor button

Instructors are managed centrally (Settings > Engagement > Instructor) and then simply picked from a dropdown on each course — set up the person once, reuse them on every course they teach.

 Why this matters
The instructor's name, photo, and bio show up on the sales page's "Meet your instructor" section and inside the member dashboard. A course with no instructor set looks anonymous and hurts conversion — always add at least a name and a one-line bio, even for a solo-founder business.

3.4 — Access type: free, paid, product & bundle

FieldWhat it does
Course TypeFree — open to all members, Paid — requires a purchase (price + payment gateway are chosen right here in this form once you pick Paid), or Unlock at a Level — granted automatically once a member reaches a gamification level (Part 6.2) instead of paying.
Support Email / URL (required)Shown to buyers who need help after purchasing — this is mandatory because it "completes" the product record.
Product — New product / Use existingThe product is the sellable "ticket" — its own price, currency, and checkout page.
Bundle — New bundle / Use existingThe bundle is what actually grants access to this course's content once someone owns the product.

? Tip
If a member's access is set to expire (Restrict Access Days, above) you can also show them an upgrade / repurchase link once it runs out, so an expired member sees a clear path back in instead of a dead end. See the "How to use upgrade links in membership" article linked in Related Articles below for the full walkthrough.
⚠️ Make-or-break: a product without a bundle sells a ticket to nowhere
The product is what gets paid for. The bundle is what actually unlocks the course content for the buyer. If you pick "New product" but skip the bundle (or point it at the wrong one), a customer can complete checkout, get a receipt — and then have no course access and no login credentials. When you choose "New product" here, FlexiFunnels also creates a matching "New bundle" automatically and grants it on purchase — leave both on "New" unless you deliberately have an existing bundle you want to reuse.

Click Create Course. FlexiFunnels then builds the course, product, and bundle in the background — you can click Continue in background and keep working on branding (Part 5) while it finishes.

Course curriculum view with a module row, Add Lesson button, and Add Module button

Once the course exists, opening it takes you to its curriculum view — this is where Part 4 picks up.

Part 4 — Build your modules & lessons

Open your course to reach the Course curriculum screen. A module groups related lessons (like a chapter); a lesson is the individual class inside it.

4.1 — Add a module

  1. Click + Add Module.
  2. Give it a Module Name (for example, "Getting Started").
  3. Add an optional Description and cover image.
  4. Click + Add module.
Add Module modal with Module Name, Description, and Cover image fields

FlexiFunnels automatically adds a starter lesson inside every new module — open the module and click + Add Lesson to add real content into it.

4.2 — Add a lesson

Inside a module, click Add Lesson. Two lesson types are available from the Lesson Type dropdown:

Add Lesson modal with the Lesson Type dropdown open showing Content and Video options

Lesson Type dropdown — Content (text/rich-media only) or Video.

Add Lesson modal set to Video type with an empty Choose video dropzone

Video lesson type — the "Add lesson" button stays disabled until you actually attach a video.

FieldWhat it does
Lesson TitleShown in the module's lesson list and on the lesson page itself.
Lesson TypeContent = rich-text/description only. Video = requires a video source (YouTube, Vimeo, Gumlet, DRM upload, or generic/HTML5 URL).
Visibility — PublishedOff by default — the lesson saves as a hidden draft until you switch this on.
Cover ImageRecommended 1280×720 — shown in the lesson list thumbnail.
Lesson ContentA full rich-text editor (Jodit-powered) for the written lesson body, description, or transcript.
⚠️ Make-or-break: a lesson saved with "Published" off is invisible to members
It's easy to fill in every field, add the video, click Save — and forget the Visibility toggle was off the whole time. The lesson exists in your admin view but members never see it. If a member reports "the course looks empty," check this toggle on each lesson first.

4.3 — Attach a video

If you picked Video, click Choose video to open the video picker — it has tabs for Chosen Video, YouTube, Vimeo, Gumlet, DRM Upload, and Generic/HTML5. For a YouTube video, switch to the YouTube tab, paste the URL or 11-character video ID, click Search, then Save video.

Lesson video picker modal on the YouTube tab with a URL field and Search button

Attaching a YouTube video by URL from the lesson video picker.

Edit Lesson modal with the attached video shown as Chosen Video, provider YouTube, status Active

Once attached, the lesson shows the chosen video's provider, ID, and an Active status — you can swap or remove it any time.

? Tip
DRM Upload and Gumlet exist specifically to make it harder for paying members to download and redistribute your videos — use one of those instead of a plain YouTube link if video piracy is a real concern for your course.

Repeat Add Lesson for every class inside the module, and Add Module for every chapter in the course. Each module also has quick icon actions for reordering, duplicating, locking, and viewing lesson history.

Part 5 — Brand your membership panel (Settings > General)

From inside your membership project, click Settings (top right) to open a dropdown with four categories: General (identity, links & layout), Engagement (certificates, points & quizzes), Marketing (banners & popups), and Access & Advanced (security, menus, features & scripts). This Part covers General.

Settings dropdown open showing General, Engagement, Marketing, and Access & Advanced categories

The Settings menu — everything in Parts 5–8 starts from here.

General submenu flyout showing URL, Brand, Footer, General Code, and Templates

General expands into: URL, Brand, Footer, General Code, and Templates.

5.1 — URL

Shows your Membership Slug, the full Login URL members use, and a Mobile Access Invite Code for the FlexiFunnels mobile app.

URL settings modal showing Membership Slug, Login URL, and Mobile Access invite code

The URL modal — your membership's slug, login link, and mobile invite code all in one place.

⚠️ Make-or-break: changing the slug does not redirect old links
If you change the Membership Slug after members are already active, their bookmarked login link and any old links you've shared (email sequences, social posts) stop working — there's no automatic redirect. Change it early, or plan to re-send the new login link to existing members if you change it later.

5.2 — Brand

The Brand modal has five tabs: Theme, Logo & Banner, Background, Options, and Localization.

Brand modal Logo & Banner tab showing an uploaded logo and dashboard banner toggle

Logo & Banner — your logo (shown on the login screen and member header) and an optional dashboard banner image.

Brand modal Background tab showing login background image or solid color options

Background — set the login screen's backdrop to an image or a solid/gradient color.

Brand modal Options tab showing celebration popup and right-to-left layout toggles

Options — toggle a completion celebration popup and right-to-left layout support.

Brand modal Localization tab showing overridable labels like Lesson, Discussions, Goals

Localization — rename member-facing labels (Lesson, Discussions, Goals, Resources, and more) without touching code.

? Tip
Localization is easy to miss because it lives under Brand, not under a language/translation menu. Use it if your audience expects different terminology — for example renaming "Lesson" to "Session" for a coaching program, or "Discussions" to "Q&A."

5.3 — Footer, General Code & Templates

Footer settings modal showing copyright line and social media links

Footer — copyright line, optional privacy/terms links, and social links (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) shown below the footer on every membership page.

Project Settings General Code modal with favicon and a head/body-start/body-end script injection area

General Code — set your favicon and inject tracking/retargeting scripts into the <head>, body-start, or body-end of every membership page.

Frontend Template picker modal showing six layout options: Default, Classic, Studio, Catalog, Campus, Creator

Templates — the overall member-dashboard layout. Six options exist: Default (immersive player), Classic (original layout), Studio (sidebar & library), Catalog (browse & discover — shown active/selected here), Campus (learning dashboard), and Creator (mobile-first feed). Click a card, then Apply Template to make it live — the button reads "Applied" once it's the active choice.

? Why this matters
The Template you pick changes how every member experiences the whole dashboard — not just a section of it. Preview a couple of options with a test account before committing, especially if your audience is mostly on mobile (Creator is built mobile-first) versus browsing a large catalog of courses (Catalog is built for that).

Part 6 — Certificates, gamification & quizzes (Settings > Engagement)

Engagement submenu flyout showing Certificate, Gamification, Quiz / Test, and Instructor

Engagement expands into: Certificate, Gamification, Quiz / Test, and Instructor.

6.1 — Certificate

Turn on Enable certificate, then set the headline (default: "Certificate of Course Completion"), two lines of body text, a signature label/name, logo & badge position, and text color. A separate tab handles the completion email.

Certificate settings modal with Certificate Status toggle and Certificate Details fields

The Certificate modal — off by default, so remember to switch "Enable certificate" on if you want one issued automatically.

6.2 — Gamification

Gamification has four tabs: Set Activity Points, Levels, Badges, and Rewards.

Gamification Set Activity Points tab listing point values for actions like Lesson Complete

Set Activity Points — assign points per action (profile picture upload, group post/comment/like, lesson complete, discussion comment).

Gamification Levels tab showing Level 1 Pro at 100 points and Level 2 Advance at 10 points

Levels — named tiers unlocked at a points threshold you set.

Gamification Badges tab showing a Pro Badge unlocked at 10 points

Badges — a separate, image-based reward unlocked at its own points threshold.

Gamification Rewards tab showing reward type cards: Instructions, Upload File, External URL, Video, Audio

Rewards — pick a reward type (Instructions, Upload File, External URL, Video, or Audio) to hand out at a points threshold.

⚠️ Make-or-break: levels must increase in points, or members "level down"
Levels are ordered by the sequence you create them in, not automatically by their points value. If Level 1 requires 100 points and you then add Level 2 at only 10 points, a brand-new member with 10 points immediately looks like they're at a "later" level than someone who worked hard for 100 — double-check that each level's points requirement is genuinely higher than the one before it.

6.3 — Quiz / Test

Select a course, then a lesson, to attach quiz questions to it. Configure question settings under the Settings tab and see who's taken it under Members.

Quiz / Test modal with Questions, Settings, and Members tabs and course/lesson selectors

Quiz / Test — attach graded questions to any specific lesson.

⚠️ Make-or-break: quizzes don't apply retroactively
If a member already completed a lesson before you added a quiz to it, they will not be prompted to take that quiz — the product tells you this directly inside the modal. If a quiz is important to your certification/completion logic, add it before you open the course to members, or manually message members who finished the lesson early.

Part 7 — Marketing banners & popups (Settings > Marketing)

Marketing submenu flyout showing Banner Ads and Popup Banners

Marketing expands into: Banner Ads (inline, always-visible banners) and Popup Banners (timed popups).

Banner Ads modal showing one banner with a name, target URL, and placement tags

Banner Ads — inline promotional banners with a name, target URL, and image, shown across the placements you tag (courses, community, and more).

Popup Banners modal showing a timed popup with the same placement tags

Popup Banners — the same idea, but as a timed popup you can set to show on load, after a delay, or on exit intent.

? Tip
Both banner types let you tag exactly where they appear (Courses, Community, and more, shown as "+5" when there are additional placements) — use this to run a banner only where it's actually relevant, instead of blasting it across every page.

Part 8 — Security, menus & scripts (Settings > Access & Advanced)

Access & Advanced submenu flyout showing Security, Membership Menus, Features, and Custom Advanced Script

Access & Advanced expands into: Security, Membership Menus, Features, and Custom Advanced Script.

8.1 — Security

Two tabs: Sessions controls how many devices can be logged in at once (1, 2, 3, 5, or Unlimited); Protection adds an automatic-blocking layer on top of that.

Security modal Sessions tab with concurrent device limit options

Sessions — when exceeded, learners see "Login Session Exceeded" and must sign out elsewhere.

Security modal Protection tab with Advanced Protection toggle and strict-mode warning

Protection — "Strict mode": a first violation emails the member to log out; a second violation auto-blocks the account.

⚠️ Make-or-break: Advanced Protection can lock a legitimate member out
With Advanced Protection on, a member who genuinely just switches between a laptop and a phone too quickly can trigger the same "repeated violation" block as someone actually sharing a login. Once blocked, the member must contact the admin to be unblocked — reserve this setting for courses with real piracy/sharing risk (the product itself recommends it for "premium or sensitive content"), not for every membership by default.

8.2 — Membership Menus

Turn any of eight dashboard menu items on or off for every member at once: Courses, Community, Events, Members, Map, Leaderboard, Rewards, and Members Chat.

Membership Menus modal with toggles for Courses, Community, Events, Members, Map, Leaderboard, Rewards, Members Chat

Turn a menu off here and it disappears for every member — useful for hiding features you haven't set up yet (like Leaderboard or Rewards) until you're ready.

8.3 — Features & Custom Advanced Script

Feature Settings modal with a Membership Discussion toggle

Feature Settings — currently controls the Membership Discussion tab (post/comment/reply under every lesson). Changes apply immediately, with no save button.

Custom Advanced Script modal with Head, Body start, and Body end tabs and a code editor

Custom Advanced Script — paste chat widgets, retargeting pixels, or integration scripts into <head>, body-start, or body-end. Applies to membership pages only.

? Tip
Custom Advanced Script here is scoped to membership pages specifically — if you also need tracking on your public sales/checkout/thank-you pages, add it separately under General Code (Part 5.3) or on the product's own pages (Part 9).

Part 9 — Set up your product: pricing & pages

Switch to the Products tab and open the product that was created alongside your course (Part 3.4). The left sidebar has: General, Payment & Pricing, After Purchase, Landing page, Sales & Checkout page, Bump, Affiliate, Set Rules, Conversions API, Cart Abandonment, and Statistics.

Edit Product General tab showing Product Name, Currency, Product ID, and Live status

General — your product's name, currency, ID, description, and live/paused status.

⚠️ Make-or-break: currency is locked to the whole product
You get exactly one currency per product — changing it re-prices every existing price point on that product. If you need to sell the same course in multiple currencies, that means separate products, not a currency switch on one.

Under Landing page, pick your Sales Page template from a gallery of nine-plus options, then work through the left sub-nav top to bottom:

SectionWhat it covers
Template / Branding / Header / Video / Button linkHeadline, sub-headline, an optional promo video, and your main CTA button's label, link, icon, and icon position (left/right).
About this productYour main sales copy — plus meta tags/description for search, filled in automatically from the course.
Bundles & Courses / What you'll learn / Course includesBullet points of outcomes, a "show course curriculum" toggle, and what's bundled in.
Instructor / TestimonialsPulls in the instructor you set up in Part 3.3; add review 1, review 2, review 3, etc. for social proof.
Money BackA guarantee badge with your own copy and a day count (7-day, 30-day, or any number you choose) — or your own background image instead.
FAQ / CTA SectionAn expandable question list, and a second CTA button block near the bottom of the page.
Social Media / Labels (under "More")Your social handles and any custom label text shown on the page.
Retargeting Code / Cookie Consent (under "More")Facebook/Google pixels and a cookie-consent banner, scoped to this page only.
? Tip
Always click Save after each section — it's easy to fill in five sections, get distracted, and lose the last one you forgot to save.
Landing page Sales Page tab with a gallery of template thumbnails

Sales Page templates — pick a layout, then fill in each section listed on the left.

The Checkout Page and Thank-you Page tabs work the same way — pick or create a page, choose a template, and customize it.

Landing page Checkout Page tab listing created checkout pages

Checkout Page — created pages are shared, not copied, across every course that uses them; editing one changes it everywhere it's used.

Landing page Thank-you Page tab with a gallery of thank-you templates

Thank-you Page — pick a template for the "you're enrolled" confirmation screen shown right after checkout.

Part 10 — Publish & test a real purchase

  1. On each of Sales Page, Checkout Page, and Thank-you Page, click the black Publish button for that specific page.
  2. Click Visit to open the live sales page in a new tab and confirm your content, video, and CTA button all appear correctly.
  3. Go through checkout yourself with a real (or gateway test-mode) card, completing contact and billing details.
  4. Check your inbox for the purchase confirmation email — it should contain your login link and, on first purchase, your password.
  5. Log in as that test buyer and confirm the course, any banners, and the menus you enabled are all visible and working.
⚠️ Make-or-break: an unpublished page shows old or blank content
Editing a sales/checkout/thank-you page in the builder does not make it live by itself — it's very easy to edit for twenty minutes, get distracted, and never click Publish. Always click Visit straight after publishing to confirm what a real visitor sees matches what you just built.
? Tip
If you set "Restrict access to specific days" (Part 3.2) very low while testing, remember to raise it back to the real value before sending real customers through — otherwise your first genuine buyers can lose access almost immediately.

Part 11 — Set up groups (your members' community)

From your membership project, open the Groups tab, then click + New Group.

Groups (1) — every sub-room you've created for this membership lives here.

First, choose the access type:

Create a New Group modal with Public Group and Private Group option cards

Public groups are joinable instantly by anyone in the membership; Private groups require the owner to invite or approve each member.

Create Group form for a Public group with Group Name, Description, Owner, Pricing Type, and Banner fields

Public group form — Group Name, Short Description, an optional Owner, Pricing Type (Free, with Trial/Paid coming soon), and an optional banner.

Create Group form for a Private group, same fields with a Private lock badge

Private group form — identical fields, just gated behind approval instead of instant joining.

? Why this matters
Assigning a Group Owner matters for accountability — that person's name shows as who runs the room, and (per the product's own guidance) approving posts and managing membership in a Private group typically falls to them. Leaving it unassigned means it defaults to you as the account owner for every group across every course.

After creating a group, remember to turn its visibility on for members: open Settings > Access & Advanced > Membership Menus (Part 8.2) and switch Community on, or the group won't show up on anyone's dashboard even though it exists.

Part 12 — Set up events (webinars & live sessions)

Events tab showing an existing event card tagged LIVE EVENT and a Create Event button

Events (1) — scheduled live sessions tied to this membership.

Click + Create Event and fill in:

Create Event modal with Event Title, date/time pickers, Event Type dropdown, URL, and placement toggles

Create Event — title, start/end time (with your account's timezone shown), a platform (Google Meet, Zoom, or others) with a join URL, or an in-person event with a physical venue/address instead, a description, and where it appears (Courses, Community, Members, Map, Leaderboard, Rewards).

⚠️ Make-or-break: double-check the join URL and timezone before saving
The event form does warn you if the URL doesn't look like a valid Google Meet link, but it won't stop you from saving a placeholder or expired link. Combined with the timezone shown at the top of the form, always re-open the event after saving and click through the URL yourself to confirm it's the real, working meeting link.

Like groups, a new event won't show on member dashboards until Events is switched on under Membership Menus (Part 8.2).

Part 13 — Members, bundles & moderation — day-to-day upkeep

Once you have real members, three tabs handle ongoing operations.

Members tab with stat tiles and a table listing member roles, levels, points, and lesson completion

Members — see every member's role, level, points, and lesson-completion percentage, sort by activity, or invite new members directly.

Bundles tab listing a bundle with its module and lesson counts

Bundles — each bundle shows how many modules/lessons it grants and for how long (Lifetime or limited).

⚠️ Make-or-break: deleting a bundle removes access for everyone who has it
The Bundles tab warns you directly: deleting a bundle removes member access to everything it contains, immediately, for every member who was granted access through it. Re-check which members rely on a bundle before deleting it, and prefer editing it over deleting-and-recreating.
Discussion / Moderation tab listing a group post with author, replies, likes, and an Actions dropdown

Discussion / Moderation — review and moderate lesson discussions and group posts from one queue, with separate counts for each.

? Tip
The moderation queue distinguishes Hide from Delete — hiding keeps the post recoverable and simply removes it from public view, while deleting is permanent. Prefer Hide unless you're certain you want the content gone for good.

Part 14 — Dashboard & Statistics — tracking performance

Membership Dashboard overview showing revenue, traffic, and performance tiles plus quick actions

Dashboard > Overview — revenue & traffic (sales, gross revenue, page views, checkout views), performance (new members, activation rate), and quick-action shortcuts to common tasks.

Statistics page showing member growth chart, activity chart, course area breakdown, and top members leaderboard

Statistics — member growth over time, posts/comments/likes engagement, a per-course-area breakdown, and a top-members leaderboard by points.

? Tip
"Activation rate" on the Dashboard measures how many new members actually engage (not just sign up) — a low activation rate alongside healthy sales usually points to a weak onboarding experience (missing welcome lesson, confusing first-login screen) rather than a marketing problem.

Common situations & quick fixes

A member paid but can't log in or see the course.
The product almost certainly isn't linked to a bundle (Part 3.4), or the bundle was later removed. Open the product's After Purchase settings and confirm a bundle is assigned; re-assigning it re-syncs (and restores) any content that was previously removed.
Access expired almost immediately after purchase.
"Restrict access to specific days" (Part 3.2) counts from each member's own purchase date, not a fixed calendar date — check the number of days you entered; a value like "1" expires access the next day.
A lesson is filled in but members say the course looks empty.
Check the lesson's Visibility toggle (Part 4.2) — "Published" defaults to off, so a fully-built lesson can still be invisible to members until you switch it on.
Members with a valid level still can't access a gated module.
Confirm the upgrade gate is actually set at the module (not lesson) level if you intended it to cover every lesson inside — gating a module overwrites any individual lesson-level gates that existed inside it.
You removed content from a bundle, and it came back later.
Re-adding or re-syncing a course/module to a bundle restores anything that was previously, individually removed — it doesn't merge cleanly. If you want something permanently excluded, keep it in a separate bundle instead.
Members are logged out or old links stopped working after a settings change.
You likely changed the Membership Slug under Settings > General > URL (Part 5.1) — this does not auto-redirect old links, so any bookmarked or previously-shared login links break.
A member with fewer points appears to outrank one with more.
Check your Gamification Levels (Part 6.2) — levels are ordered by creation sequence, not by points value, so a later level configured with a lower points requirement than an earlier one will display out of order.
A quiz you just added isn't showing for some members.
Quizzes don't apply retroactively (Part 6.3) — members who completed the lesson before the quiz existed won't be prompted to take it.
A member got permanently blocked after switching devices.
