Overview

Integrating Vimeo with FlexiFunnels allows you to securely access and manage your Vimeo-hosted videos directly within the platform. Once connected, you can easily use your Vimeo videos inside your funnels, membership sites, courses, and other FlexiFunnels projects without repeatedly authorizing your account. This guide explains how to connect your Vimeo account with FlexiFunnels.

Before You Begin

An active FlexiFunnels account.
An active Vimeo account.
Your Vimeo account login credentials.
Permission to authorize third-party applications in Vimeo.

Recommended: Log in to your Vimeo account before starting the integration process. This helps speed up the authorization process and reduces the chances of authentication issues.

Step 1: Open Other Integrations

Begin by opening the integration settings inside your FlexiFunnels account.

Click the Settings (Gear) icon.

Select Other Integrations from the menu.

Step 2: Select Vimeo Integration

Inside the Other Integrations section, click Vimeo Integration to begin the connection process.

Step 3: Connect Your Vimeo Account

Open the Vimeo integration settings and click the Connect Here button.

FlexiFunnels will redirect you to Vimeo's authorization page.

Step 4: Authorize FlexiFunnels

If you're already signed in to Vimeo, you'll be taken directly to the authorization screen.

Click Allow to grant FlexiFunnels permission to access your Vimeo account.

Important: FlexiFunnels requires authorization to access your Vimeo videos. Without granting permission, the integration cannot be completed.

Step 5: Complete the Integration

After clicking Allow, you'll automatically be redirected back to FlexiFunnels.

Your Vimeo account is now successfully connected and ready to use within FlexiFunnels.

Verify the Integration

Before uploading or embedding videos, verify that the integration has been completed successfully.

The Vimeo integration displays as connected.
You are redirected back to FlexiFunnels after authorization.
Your Vimeo account appears inside the integration settings.
You can access your Vimeo videos while editing pages or membership content.

Common Scenarios

Authorization Page Does Not Open

Ensure your internet connection is stable.
Try refreshing the page and clicking Connect Here again.
Disable browser extensions that may block pop-ups.

Unable to Connect Vimeo

Verify you're signed in to the correct Vimeo account.
Ensure you clicked Allow during authorization.
Disconnect and reconnect the integration if necessary.

Videos Are Not Visible
